I don't have it yet but it's a Kyocera 902kc, it's meant to come in this week and I'm sooo excited!!
Mine was a 5th gen 30 gb in black, but sadly it died, I'm not sure what happened, I tried plugging it into a power brick to charge and now it doesn't turn on. The screen will flash once in a while, but it never comes back :/. I wanted to get a new one anyways, probably a 5.5 gen for the better DAC. Maybe I'll try to fix it someday, but for now I'm using an iPhone 5s for music and it works just fine.
Of course it's modded. Got it from a friend a long time ago, didn't use it much until around two years ago when I learned how to mod consoles. Now I have a bunch of random games on it, but I don't play it as much as I'd like to. It's great to kill a few slow minutes at work tho :3
